Products described as "inspired by" or referencing a film, show, game, or character are fan-made items created for cosplay and costume purposes, and RampageFitters is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the copyright or trademark holders of any character, franchise, or brand referenced on this site — all character names and franchises remain the property of their respective owners. Product photos are shown to illustrate style, fit, and craftsmanship, and any character artwork, movie stills, or game screenshots displayed alongside a product are for reference only and are not included with your purchase; because every item is handmade and screens display color differently, the actual product may vary slightly from what's pictured. Reviews on this site may include photos submitted by customers who purchased the item, shared with permission and shown unedited, exactly as provided, to give you an honest look at the finished product. Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with RampageFitters. Every item is handmade to order, so please allow [INSERT PROCESSING TIME] for your order to be crafted before it ships; during busy periods such as holidays and sales, processing may take a little longer and we'll keep you updated by email if that happens. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes [INSERT SHIPPING TIME] depending on your location, and we currently offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships — please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. RampageFitters is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order once it reaches your country; any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We package every order with care, but we are not liable for items damaged or lost in transit — if your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. Returns & Exchange

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at rampagefitterslimited@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package — items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards — please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under the same condition requirements as above. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved; if approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, though it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Cancellation

We understand that plans change. Once your item is in production, we may not be able to offer a full refund, since materials and labor have already been committed, but contact us and we'll do our best to help; cancellations at this stage may be subject to a partial refund or store credit. Need to change a size, color, or customization detail instead of cancelling? Reach out as soon as possible, as we're often able to accommodate changes before production begins.
