If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. Here's how returns and exchanges work for our handmade-to-order pieces.

Made-to-order items

Because every RampageFitters piece is handmade to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Each item is crafted to the measurements provided at the time of your order, so please double-check your sizing before ordering.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, we'll always put it right — with a repair, a remake, or a full refund including any shipping costs. This applies to every order, in any country.

How to report an issue

Please get in touch within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the problem. Start your request on our Contact page and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Getting the fit right

Not sure about sizing before you order? Use our Size Guide and Find My Size tool, or message us your measurements — because every piece is made to order, we can tailor the fit to you.
