Exceptional cases

Remote area surcharge. Some remote areas and certain countries — Costa Rica among them — are charged extra by our carriers. Depending on the destination and the size and weight of the item, this can range from $10 to $70. We will never charge this without telling you: we message you the exact amount, and you are free to cancel for a full refund.
Duties & taxes on delivery. On services that are not duty-paid (such as Express), any import duty or customs charge is payable by the buyer on arrival. Some countries also require a contact telephone number for delivery — please make sure yours is on your order.

Where your order ships from

All orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Pakistan, except stock items held in the USA, UK, Germany & Canada.

Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and a few othersDuty-paid service is not available on these routes, so any local import duties are payable by the buyer. If your country is affected we will contact you as soon as your order is placed.
