Never received the item. Ordered a month and a half before I needed it. Package was lost. Seller said another would arrive before the date I needed it. Seller never even sent the second package. This whole thing was a waste of my time and I will NEVER purchase on Etsy again. I am so sick of Etsy issues. 1 out of every 5 purchases has an issue. Over it. Still waiting on my refund. Plus, I will never get my international shipping fees reimbursed that I had to pay for. I'm out money, time and the merchandise.

The first package was shipped on time, but unfortunately, UPS lost it in transit. This was outside of our control. As soon as we became aware of the issue, a replacement was made and prepared. Unfortunately, by that time, the date you needed the item had already passed.
Because the item could no longer arrive in time, a full refund was issued to you. We understand that the delay was frustrating, but the original parcel was lost by the shipping carrier, and a replacement was made as a solution.
We also asked if you could reconsider or update the review after the issue was resolved with a full refund, but you chose not to. We respect your decision.
